My cuticles aren't the easiest to keep neat and they dry very easily in spite of using lotion consistently. Be Natural Cuticle Eliminator does actually allow for easy removal of dried and excess cuticle. In addition to the product, I use a cuticle curette and a stainless steel curved cuticle pusher. The curette easily scoops up the dried cuticle along with the product. This doesn't happen with other so-called cuticle removers. The curette only works because Be Natural has saturated (and perhaps broken down) the dried cuticle allowing it to be removed. I am not a chemist and may not be using the right words in describing the product's action on the cuticle.
