I had a terrible corn in which NOTHING else worked. It hurt like crazy and wasn't too pretty either. I had to wear this thing for a little over a month, but it got rid of it. If you have extremely bad one and painful one like I had this is what I did.I put the Curad piece on the corn (so that it covered most of the pinky toe, I wasn't working about killing the extra skin to get rid of the corn and it's well worth it), then I put a non medicated pad on top of it to cushion it, and then I wrapped a band-aid around both of them to keep them in place.
